Kenneth McEachin, MBA
Co-Founder · Client Strategy · Operations · Full-Stack Development
Founder Summary
Kenneth McEachin is a co-founder of Apex Technical Solutions Group and one of the hands-on builders steering ownership behind Buildvance and Braik. While his formal title reflects leadership, his day-to-day work spans strategy, standards, and practical building — helping translate market reality into how the Apex-backed brands operate. Client-facing delivery runs through Buildvance; Kenneth helps keep that path organized and credible.
Background
Kenneth brings a mix of education, software-company experience, and hands-on technical ability to Apex. His background gives him a strong understanding of how businesses use backend management systems, CRMs, websites, and digital workflows to operate more effectively. That perspective helps him recognize when a client does not just need a better-looking website, but a better system behind the work.
Experience
His experience spans business development, client communication, workspace management, backend systems, CRM structure, website planning, and full-stack development. He understands both the relationship side and the build side of a project, which allows him to bridge the gap between what a client is trying to explain and what the technical solution actually needs to become.
Leadership Focus at Apex
At Apex, Kenneth often takes the lead on client interaction, relationship management, project organization, and workspace structure. He helps make sure conversations stay clear, expectations stay grounded, and the team is moving toward outcomes that make sense for the client and for the product being built.
Technical & Business Range
Kenneth’s value is not limited to one lane. He can contribute to strategy, development, client communication, backend workflow planning, CRM thinking, and website execution. That range matters because Apex is intentionally hands-on. The company is not built around passing work from department to department. It is built around co-founders who understand the full picture and stay close to the work.
Why the Co-Founder Model Matters
Apex is intentionally founder-led. Kenneth and Michael both stay close to strategy, development, communication, and delivery. Their responsibilities have different centers of gravity, but the work overlaps by design. That overlap helps Apex move faster, communicate more clearly, and build with a shared understanding of both the business problem and the technical solution.

Founder Commentary
For me, Apex is about building trust and building useful systems at the same time. A lot of businesses know something is not working, but they do not always know how to explain the technical side of what they need. My role is to help make that clearer — to understand the person, the business, the workflow, and the opportunity, then help turn that into something practical that we can actually build and support.
